The plant-based healing traditions of the Chinese, Native American, and Ayurvedic traditions, who sought balance in their lives from the five natural elements: earth, air, fire, water and infinity, knew that when these elements are out of balance, we become unhealthy.

Today, the same philosophy applies, and is in fact supported by research and science. When toxins build up due to stress, diet or environmental elements, our skin can become unhealthy.

Thankfully, the opposite is also true: when in balance, skin reflects health and vitality resulting in a healthier and more vibrant you.

The Spa Magnolia is Victoria BC’s premier spa and retreat, located beside the spectacular Magnolia Hotel in the heart of downtown just steps from the Inner Harbour. Our focus is to provide you with consistently exceptional and relaxing experiences in a luxurious setting with unmatched customer service.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you are ready to begin your treatment on time and enjoy tea in our relaxation lounge; arriving late may shorten the length of your service. As relaxation is in progress please turn off any electronic devices before entering the spa.

We are not responsible for lost articles during your stay with us. While we do have locks on our lockers please refrain from bringing valuables to the spa.

 

Open daily from 10:00am to 6:00pm. If you require an appointment outside of these hours please enquire as to availability and we will do our best to accommodate you.

For your convenience please use the Broughton Street Parkade located at 635 Broughton, metered parking is also available on city streets for up to 90 minutes. Spa Magnolia also offers First Hour Free Vouchers for City parkades.

The Spa Magnolia accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express or your gift certificate number to secure your reservation. Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice for single treatments and 48 hours notice for packages or groups, will be subject to a 50% charge. No shows on the day of treatment will be charged in full. Spa Magnolia reserves treatment for those 16 years of age and older. Please refrain from having children accompany you to the spa.

Robes and gowns are provided for treatments that require them. You will be professionally draped at all times to ensure your privacy. Our well trained therapists will guide you through your treatment and gladly answer any questions you may have.

Always accepted and gratefully appreciated by therapists for great service. Industry standard is generally 15%.
