SPA ETIQUETTE: Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you are ready to begin your treatment on time and enjoy tea in our relaxation lounge; arriving late may shorten the length of your service. As relaxation is in progress please turn off any electronic devices before entering the spa.
PRIVACY: Robes and gowns are provided for treatments that require them. You will be professionally draped at all times to ensure your privacy. Our well trained therapists will guide you through your treatment and gladly answer any questions you may have.
CANCELLATION AND RESERVATION POLICY: The Spa Magnolia accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express or your gift certificate number to secure your reservation. Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice for single treatments and 48 hours notice for packages or groups, will be subject to a 50% charge. No shows on the day of treatment will be charged in full. Spa Magnolia reserves treatment for those 16 years of age and older. Please refrain from having children accompany you to the spa.
PARKING: For your convenience please use the Broughton Street Parkade located at 635 Broughton, metered parking is also available on city streets for up to 90 minutes. City Parkades offer first hour free rates, the closest one to the spa located on Broughton Street below the Library
GRATUITIES: Always accepted and gratefully appreciated by therapists for great service. Industry standard is generally 15%.
GIFT CERTIFICATES: Always available and exquisitely wrapped for any occasion. Available in spa, by mail or email and also on-line through our website at www.spamagnolia.com. Gift Certificates are nonrefundable.
SPA HOURS: Open daily from 10:00am to 6:00pm. If you require an appointment outside of these hours please enquire as to availability and we will do our best to accommodate you.
