Welcome to The Spa Magnolia. By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and high-quality experience for all of our clients and staff.

Appointments and Reservations

  • Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.

  • A credit card may be required to hold your appointment at the time of booking.

  • We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early for your service to ensure a relaxed experience.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

  • We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.

  • No-shows may be charged 100% of the service fee.

Late Arrivals

  • Arriving late may result in a shortened service in consideration of the next guest.

  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and could be subject to a cancellation fee.

Health and Safety

  • Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to your treatment.

  • Some services may be contraindicated for pregnancy or certain health conditions.

  • If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment for everyone’s safety.

Spa Etiquette

  • The Spa Magnolia is a quiet, relaxing environment. Please silence your mobile devices.

  • Children are not permitted in the treatment areas unless receiving a service and accompanied by an adult.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol or behaving inappropriately.

Gift Cards and Promotions

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

  • Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Retail Products

  • Retail items may be returned within 14 days of purchase if unused and in original packaging, accompanied by a receipt.

  • All sales on skincare and personal care products are final due to hygiene standards.

Pricing and Gratuities

  • All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.

  • Gratuities are not included in service prices and are appreciated at your discretion.

Website Use

By accessing our website, you agree not to:

  • Copy or reproduce any content without permission.

  • Misuse the site to post false information or malicious code.

  • Attempt to access secure areas without authorization.

We are not liable for damages resulting from the use or inability to use the site or services.

Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our clients, The Spa Magnolia is not responsible for adverse reactions or outcomes resulting from treatments, failure to disclose relevant health information, or misuse of products.
